COW investment prospectus
The City of Whitehorse is a vibrant municipality in Melbourne’s east, home to a thriving network of businesses, suburbs and prime investment opportunities.
Every year, an increasing number of businesses are choosing to invest and do business in the City of Whitehorse. Whitehorse City Council supports the future ambitions of Melbourne’s east with a comprehensive plan that guides the area to a strong and sustainable future.
Brief
The City of Whitehorse came to Blick to create a suite of collateral to showcase the municipality’s prime investment opportunities to both national and international investors. The brief initially included a prospectus, however further collateral was added later on.
Approach
To showcase the City to it’s best ‘advantage’, we came up with the following solutions:
- A high-end publication reflecting the high status of Whitehorse in the investment sphere.
- Special print finishes such as die-cut, silver foil and matte laminate.
- Aerial photography of the City of Whitehorse taken at sunrise to give investors an eagle-eye view.
- Supporting collateral such as a gatefold brochure and pull up banner to strengthen the brand and to give out at events.
- Custom drawn maps of the City of Whitehorse and Box Hill.
Result
The prospectus was received very highly by both the client and their target audience.
