Keeping Ahead at WordCamp Europe

Continuous learning is a big part of how we stay at the forefront of web development, so we were excited to see one of our Full Stack Developers, Abe, recently attend WordCamp Europe.
WordCamp is one of the world’s largest conferences dedicated to WordPress, bringing together thousands of developers, designers, agencies and technology leaders to share ideas, explore emerging trends, and discuss the future of the web.
Abe returned with plenty of insights, particularly around the rapidly evolving role of AI within WordPress. From AI-assisted development and content creation through to smarter workflows and automation, the conference highlighted how artificial intelligence is set to transform the way websites are designed, built and maintained over the coming years.
Of course, the trip wasn’t all about technology. Abe also enjoyed experiencing Vienna’s incredible architecture, the surrounding mountain landscapes, and some fantastic local food. One of the most moving parts of his journey was visiting Auschwitz, describing it as a deeply sobering and emotional experience that served as an important reminder of history.
