Seems so long ago — But it was so much fun and delicious.
Our secret Christmas surprise this year was a chocolate making class with head Chocolatier and owner of Ganache Chocolate, Arno Backes. Arno took our team (while we drank Champagne), through the origins of chocolate, his life passion for pastry, chocolate and motorcycles. He explained and demonstrated how superb chocolate is produced and what it should taste like. We got hands on making a ganache and creating our own chocolates with rich flavour and textures that literally melt in your mouth. This was followed by exploring some unique bars located in South Yarra and then dinner at Ramblr. We feasted on amazing antipasto, pasta dishes, salads and filled our souls with wine. It was more an experience than a dinner, and a great opportunity for the Blick team to celebrate a good year and unwind together. Check out some more photos of the team on Blick’s Facebook Page.
