Three is the new five

Well, it is at Blick, anyway, where we have started the year with the team working onsite in our Collingwood studio for three days a week, and offsite at home (or the café, or the beach) on the other two days. So far this is proving great for our enthusiasm, collaboration, ideas generation and team culture. Our days in the studio are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and on those days there’s much music and laughter, discussion and solutions development for complex websites, and productive planning discussions. Some of the team has even started cycling to work!
