Blick Launches New Website for Loddon Children’s Health and Wellbeing Local

Blick Creative is proud to have designed and developed the new website for Loddon Children’s Health and Wellbeing Local, an initiative supporting families and children up to 11 years old in rural Victoria.

The project began with an in-person briefing in Bendigo, allowing Blick to gain deep insight into the community’s needs. From that collaborative foundation, Blick delivered a website that reflects the original brief, follows the supplied style guide, and is thoughtfully tailored to its dual audience of families and health professionals.

Welcoming and inclusive by design, the site features warm, accessible language, culturally safe visual elements, and distinct user pathways to help people feel confident and supported from the moment they arrive. Families are gently guided to information, while professionals can quickly access resources.

Key features include events calendar, searchable resource library filtered by audience, and a “Need Help Now” section offering quick links to crisis support. The site includes an Acknowledgement of Country, LGBTQIA+ representation, and is fully WCAG AA accessible.

The result is a practical, inclusive, and community-led website that empowers users to take the next step in supporting children’s health and wellbeing.
