AGDA—Everything Except Design

On 9 November, Blick’s Senior Account Manager Tereza headed into The Ian Potter Centre at NGV Australia Federation Square to attend an event presented by AGDA, the peak national organisation representing the Australian communication design industry.
The event, entitled Everything Except Design: Christopher Doyle & Michaela Webb in conversation with Tina Victoria, saw creative directors Christopher and Michaela chat with designer and illustrator Tina about the working life of a designer, once design is removed.
Topics included work-life balance, parenting, industry challenges, diversity, mentoring, business ownership, awards, originality and the importance of perspective.
