Ride2Work Day 2014

Blick Team on Ride 2 Work day

At Blick we like to balance our sitting down 'desk' time with exercise as much as possible. Our creative brains are often busy working, but we also need to make sure our bodies get to work and move too. That's why at 11am everyday we have our daily stretches. Everyone stops what they're doing, and we all gather to stretch our limbs, roll our shoulders and try to touch our toes... so today's National Ride2Work day provided the perfect opportunity for us to do a little extra exercise before we started the day.

A group of the Blick crew met up at The Abbotsford Convent,  to enjoy their free Ride2Work breakfast. And what an amazing breakfast it was! Free coffee, mini danishes, bircher muesli, baked beans, miso soup and even burgers! Then we cycled in convoy the 5kms along the beautiful Yarra River back to our Clifton Hill studio. What a great way to start the day!
